I have bad experince with being hypnotized. I wonder if someone can
help me to protect my self from being hypnotized while sleeping.

It is certainly possible to be hypnotised and not remember, although most people do remember.
Are you able to give more details regarding the circumstances?
I also have done things in my sleep I don't remember, but that doesn't mean that I was hypnotised. |

I too have been hypnotized while I sleep and I already sleep alone. As I am not a member of the psychology community I am unsure of the tactics used but have seen video of myself acting in manners I have no recollection of. I'm familiar with covert NLP and hypnosis associated to trauma in which I do have a very traumatic past and am wondering how I can prevent this from being used against me. |

The obvious answer is to sleep alone. But, I wonder how it might have been that you were hypnotised while being asleep? |
