Hi, I've recently taken an interest in both learning about hypnotism and seeing if it can't help me get past some feelings I feel are limiting me. I was wondering if anyone could provide information on what to look for in a hypnotist or could recommend a good one in the Los Angeles area.
And what are considered the best books to read for an introduction into hypnotism? |

Call some of the people in your area, ask them questions and see if you "connect" with someone. That is a good way to go. Please keep us posted on your progress. Be well. |
